At Midland Stairlifts, we’ve been helping people regain their independence since 2001. What started as a small family business has grown into a trusted independent stairlift company, proudly serving customers across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding East Midlands.

Where It All Began
Our journey started in Gedling, Nottingham (NG4).
Our head office was based in Gedling, while our workshop was located in Lambley, NG4. Those early years laid the foundations for the business we are today, allowing us to build long-lasting relationships with customers throughout the region.
Thanks to the continued support of our customers, we’ve been able to grow year after year.
Our New Home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
We’re now proud to be based in Ilkeston, where we’ve moved into a much larger factory and workshop.
This move marks an exciting new chapter for Midland Stairlifts and gives us the space to continue expanding while maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect.
We’re also looking forward to creating a welcoming customer reception and demonstration area, where visitors will be able to enjoy a coffee, meet our friendly team and see a selection of our stairlifts in person before making a decision.
